IF I LIE Cover Reveal

I've been following Corrine Jackson's road to publication for a long time, and I cannot wait to read her debut novel IF I LIE. When she asked for help revealing the cover, I jumped at the chance.

First, here's the summary...

A powerful debut novel about the gray space between truth and perception.

Quinn’s done the unthinkable: she kissed a guy who is not Carey, her boyfriend. And she got caught. Being branded a cheater would be bad enough, but Quinn is deemed a traitor, and shunned by all of her friends. Because Carey’s not just any guy—he’s serving in Afghanistan and revered by everyone in their small, military town.

Quinn could clear her name, but that would mean revealing secrets that she’s vowed to keep—secrets that aren’t hers to share. And when Carey goes MIA, Quinn must decide how far she’ll go to protect her boyfriend…and her promise.

Sounds awesome, right?

And Corrine's hangouts in case you want to follow here journey...

And....the cover!!!
The book doesn't come out until September 2012, so you'll just have to settle for gazing at this beautiful cover for now.

Nice cover! I like how understated it is. Black and white and... orange is unexpected, but I like it.

I've noticed quite a few YA novels about soldiers in Iraq/Afghanistan lately. It's not a trend I could've anticipated!

That does sound like a great premise! (Although I have some guesses already as to what the secret she can't reveal is... but that's part of the fun! Seeing if I'm right. :P) Thanks for telling us about this book. :)
