Cracking Open The Fortune Cookie

I don't usually believe in fortunes or hold on to them (especially since a few weeks ago I got a cookie without a fortune...What the heck!? Scary!).

However, I think this recent fortune might be worth holding on to...

How can you pass up a fortune like this? I think this is telling me something about my book submissions...right?!

What about you? What would your fortune for today say?

Lovely fortune and it's definitely telling you something!

My fortune today would totally say: "Sangu, the world is exciting, damn it. Stop checking your email to see if that agent's got back to you."

It seems obvious that this means you'll get offers from 9, 43, 11, 44, 6 or 18 different publishing houses.

Yep! That one's a keeper. I think mine would say, "Keep moving forward. You can rest later." LOL! :-)

I save almost all my fortunes (by taping them into my journal). I don't know why, I know they're silly... But I guess a lot of times they provide hope or inspiration too?

Mine would probably say, "Patience is a virtue." Then I would try to trade with someone else.

I save mine, like Kristan, but I tack them to a bulletin board. One I got says, "Now would be a good time to start a new collection or hobby," which cracked my husband up because I have far too many irons in the fire. Another said "Remember three months from this date. Good things are in store for you." The problem is, I forgot to write down the date. :)
